I like this product because it is easy and fast to take. Just throw one under your tongue and your set. The taste is slight and tolerable. This product has helped clear up all my eczema. Highly recommend for that.

Using for: between 3 and 6 months.

Results: immediately.

Taste: taste is tolerable.

Taken With: immediately in the morning

This was actually recommended to me by my daughters pediatrician. My daughter has a Biotinidase deficiency where she is unable to reuse or recycle the Biotin. This Superior Source is great for us for one, because it is dissolvable, and two, it is a more pure biotin with no unnecessary additives (says the pediatrician), and it is PPA approved. I will buy it from Lexor Health only as they give the best price and a fair delivery. If you try buying it in a vitamin shop, this will cost you $31.99 and that is only for 60 tablets.

Using for: more than 6 months.

Results: about 1 week.

Taste: No taste.

Taken With: empty stomach
