This is the BEST Vitamin D I have found. I usually take one after I eat breakfast. They are small, only need one a day and they melt almost instantly under your tongue. Simple, quick, very easy and tasteless. I hate that awful vitamin taste and smell. These have neither. I love them so much I got my parents started on them. My dad is telling his friends about them now.

Results: immediately.
