No Shot 10,000 mcg Methyl B12, B6 and Folic 1,200 mcg is overall a lot better than most in it's class. It's the only way to take B-12 and get some extras I need. Very good Product!
Using for: between 1 and 3 months.
Results: immediately.
Taste: taste is tolerable.
Taken With: empty stomach
